As the high school football season crosses the halfway point, the OHSAA has released the second week of the computer rankings. The rankings determine the top sixteen teams per region that qualify for the playoffs that start in October. In Division III, Region 11....Chillicothe is fourth, McClain fifth, Washington Court House is sixth, Bloom-Carroll eighth, Jackson is ninth, Circleville fifteenth, and Miami Trace sixteenth. In Region 12, Hillsboro is twelfth, In Division IV, Region 15, Logan Elm is third, and Vinton County fifteenth. Unioto is second in region 16, with Waverly fifteenth. In Division V, Zane Trace is first in region 20. The top eight teams in each region will host first, and possibly second, round games.
