Former Fox 13 TV anchor, Hope Woodside is facing multiple charges after being arrested twice within a two-day period while driving under the influence of alcohol.

A Summit County sheriff’s deputy pulled Woodside over after dispatchers received a complaint call that she was drinking and driving near Jeremy Ranch. The officer noticed an “odor of an alcoholic beverage” and proceeded to conduct a field sobriety test although Woodside refused a breathalyzer.

The officer found a Diet Coke can which contained alcohol in her vehicle along with a bottle of Chardonnay with a broken seal.

The following day, Woodside ran her vehicle off the road on an I-80 off ramp in which the Highway Patrol was called to the scene. After the officer conducted a field sobriety test and finding an open container of alcohol in her vehicle, she was arrested.

Both counts of DUI are class B misdemeanors that carry a maximum penalty of up to six months in jail.

Woodside left as Fox 13 after nearly 23 years with the station back in September.
