A man described as "at-risk" by his family has been located safe in Moab Wednesday morning. 68-year-old Stephen Kasteler missed a dialysis appointment in South Jordan on Tuesday morning, and family called police fearing the worst. The man suffers from dementia and his cellphone had been turned off, making tracking him down extremely difficult.
Kasteler had been seen last when he left his home in Draper around 9:30 Tuesday morning, on way to his appointment. Police have not given word why he was located in Moab, or of any other circumstances that led to his disappearance.
