A 53-year-old man has been hospitalized and remains in critical condition after being stabbed in the neck early Monday morning. Salt Lake police received a call from an unknown person around 4:20 a.m. reporting a robbery had taken place at a downtown apartment. When officers arrived, they discovered the victim had been stabbed multiple times.
Police believe the man lived with someone else, but they have yet to locate that individual. Anyone with information has been asked to call police at 801-799-3000.
