The State's Top Election officcial, Lt. Gov Spencer Cox, announced a short time ago that the controversial Count My Vote initiative will not be on the November ballot. It failed to get the required number of signatures in six senate districts. Voters will be able to decide the fate of three other efforts, including legalizing medical cannabis.
