In Utah "dreamers" undocumented" people brought to the US illegaly as children, can go to law school. However, the state bans undocumented people from taking the bar exam. California allows it. Lawmakers are considering a request to change the law and grant undocumented people the opportunity to take the bar and , if passed, practice law in the state. Should they?
