Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes announced today that Utah has filed a lawsuit against Purdue Pharma..the maker of oxycontin. Reyes was joined by a number of state leaders in announcing the suit today. The lawsuit seeks significant penalties from the company for its illegal conduct in the opoiod epidemic.
