A Sunday afternoon accident involving an ATV resulted in the driver being sent via MedFlight to the hospital after suffering serious injuries. 34-year-old Tiffany Anna Marie Tripp of Jackson was riding the ATV southeast on Florence Avenue in Jackson just after 4:00 when she went across the roadway, veering off the left side of the road and striking a house, and then overturned. After initially being treated at the scene, MedFlight was called in and Tripp was taken to St. Mary's Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia. The crash remains under investigation.
