FBI Offering $25K Reward For Information In Border Patrol Agent Death

The FBI is offering a $25,000 reward for information about a Border Patrol agent's death at the Texas-Mexico border.  The FBI is calling the Sunday death of Agent Rogelio Martinez a "potential assault" after he was found injured in a culvert about 120 miles east of El Paso.  He later died at a hospital.

There are other scenarios being considered, but the FBI declined to release more details.  Investigators have been canvassing the area in hopes of finding clues into what happened.  Martinez' partner was also seriously injured, and is stable at a hospital.  National Border Patrol Council leadership believes Martinez and his partner were attacked while following footprints near the border.
