Police are looking into the death of a 44-year-old man who was found dead in front of a residence. Sandy police are calling the death suspicious and intend to treat the investigation as a homicide. The man was found dead near the garbage cans in front of a home that he had just moved into during the weekend. He was not living at the home, but was a friend of the person renting it.
Investigators say the renter are cooperating with police, and are looking for a roommate who moved into some time Sunday. They have not yet released a cause of death, but say they do not believe there is a reason to be alarmed.
