A man is dead after the motorcycle he was riding at the time collided with a pickup truck Friday morning. Emergency crews responded to the scene around 7:15 a.m., after a man traveling south on State Street collided with a truck taking a left hand turn onto 550 North. The motorcyclist was rushed to Utah Valley Hospital, but eventually died of his injuries.
Any charges related to the incident are pending, but so far the truck driver has been cooperative with investigators. The name of the deceased has not been revealed.
