A justice court judge, Tuesday morning, ordered gun rights advocate Clark Aposhian to remove all firearms from his home -- within 24 hours -- following his Memorial Day arrest, on four misdemeanor charges.

He's accused of domestic violence in front of a child, trespassing, and two other counts, related to an alleged incident with his ex-wife and her new husband.

Aposhian was also ordered to appear for his next hearing on the case, June 26th.
